A representative from Central Office together with the Division Office personnel visited Biking Technical Vocational High School on October 29, 2024, to evaluate how the Dynamic Learning Program (DLP) was being implemented and its potential for broader use, especially during emergencies.
Mr. Dino Tumampos, a Science 10 teacher, presented a short lesson demonstration on how DLP would be conducted. The Supreme Student Government (SSLG) president, Fatima Capricho; Mr. Angelito Bulala, a Mater Teacher in Math; and Dr. Ma. Robilla O. Espejo, principal, were being interviewed. The program’s strengths, such as its capacity to shorten lesson themes and encourage student independence, were emphasised throughout the presentation and interview.
The Central Office did acknowledge that not every student would benefit from the DLP. “Although it can be useful for self-directed learners, students who have trouble with it might need further assistance”, Mr. Bulala added.
