Senior Scout Yaneza Anne Cabuag and Cadet Sweet Marie Caralde proudly secured third place in the Essay Writing and Guitar Solo competitions, respectively in the GSP Got Talent, Area 2 Level, held at Baclayon Central Elementary School on December 13, 2025, with the theme “Once a Girl Scout, Always a Girl Scout.”
This competition was held not only to showcase the diverse talents of the scouts, but also to empower young girls to step out of their comfort zones, and to believe in their abilities.
The winning scouts were accompanied by their coaches, Mrs. Sheila L. Pasa in Essay Writing, Mrs. Christi Marie Bactasa in Guitar solo, and the school’s Girl Scout Coordinator, Dr. Sheila C. Moreno.
On the other hand, Senior Scouts Jandi Fullante, Ellyza Gabrielle Magallanes, Thrisha Marie Capricho, Rechelle Planas, Anna Dexy Guillena, Jan Dee Pamintel, Kate Jhanel Sabijon, Princess Nicole Fullido competed in the Folk Dance category in the District level on December 10, 2025 at Dauis Central Elem. School with their coach, Mrs. Joycelyn D. Delos Santos. In addition, Cadet, Kuincy Cinconiegue contested in Spoken Poetry, under, Mrs. Judy Ann C. Guiritan, coach.
Through their active participation, the Girl Scouts proved that GSP Got Talent is not just about winning trophies, but about celebrating talent, building confidence, and unleashing their full potential.
