Artificial Intelligence is a field of computer science that create systems that can perform tasks that requires human like intelligence. AI thinks like human. It can also process data, solve problems, make decisions, creativity and autonomy.
Nowadays, AI has been widely used by many whether it’s in work, business, and in households. It has significantly helped in terms of efficiency, now it became part in our life. According to IBM, AI is used almost in all aspects of people’s lives nowadays. It is important as it makes everything fast, easy, and effective in making task using the technology. In the Philippines, many have been using AI, so it is essential to understand how this affects us.
According to BuiltIn, we use AI in voice assistance like Siri and Google Assistant, in the recommendation on social media and live shopping, also in navigation app so that we can easily reach the desire destination. We don’t realize that AI has been part of our lives.
AI also helps in terms of education especially for teachers and students. Based on ArXiv, many students used AI for their home works, also making essays, and ideas. Also, according to speed.ph, more and more Filipino used AI in work so it can accomplish them easily, like sorting documents, sending email, and analyzing information.
There are great benefits when using AI. It can save time, work fast, gives on point information, and helps makes right decision. In this way, we can be more productive and effective in everyday tasks. We can’t also deny that there are disadvantages and danger in using AI, because according to Phil star and Daily Guardian, it is possible that work will be changed because of automation, problem in privacy and security and dependency on technology. It is important to be cautious in using AI so that we can prevent the negative effects of it.
In conclusion, AI played a big role in our lives especially in work, school, business, and in households. But we can’t have good things without negative effects and that we must be mindful. AI is going to grow in the future, so it is important to know how to use it responsibly. In this way we can be more productive, fast, and much safer lives with the aid of technology.
