The simultaneous encampment of the BSP and GSP was held on January 17-18, 2026, at Biking Technical Vocational High School and Biking Elementary School, respectively. Junior Girl Scouts (Elementary), Senior Scouts and Cadets; and BSP rovers and senior scouts coordinators from each schools in the district participated in the two-day encampment.
The BSP observed the theme “BSP @89: Service, Innovation, and Scouting for All.” Four Eagle Scouts and one Eagle Scout candidate led the BSP activities and provided guidance to the participants.
Scouts learned knot tying, compass reading, signalling, and bandaging, developing practical and leadership skills.
Adult leaders and senior scouts coordinators from each school supervised the activities to ensure proper instruction and safety.
GSP senior scouts and cadets joined parallel activities with their Titas, promoting teamwork and cooperation such as campfire, songs and cheers, handicraft, Mutya ng Girl Scout and many more.
The camp focused on building discipline, service, and leadership among the participants.
The event concluded successfully, highlighting the commitment of scouts and leaders to the values of scouting.
